Today, it is time to buckle down- change my mindset- I am an overcomer of any obstacle that gets in my way. I may not go over it, I may not go around it, I may not succeed the first time, but eventually I will get there. I stop smoking and started eating- gained 10lbs before I knew it. I joined my first challenge today. I really don't understand challenges....hope I do it good.. will post a photo and measurement next...
