I moved over the weekend. I have had no internet access and probably won't get it until after the 9th. I have tripled my step count every day this weekend and already hit my normal average step count to day and it is not even 8:00 am. Countless trips up and down stairs. I have also eaten the exact opposite of what I need to do. I have eaten mostly carbs for most of my meals. I haven't even found my scale yet. First time I try to wash dishes and the sink clogs. I'll finish the kitchen tonight so that a worker has space to work in and then submit a work order. I have 12 dollars left for the next three days. So I'll try to spend that on protein and get back on tract.
