Day 2

Had a good day yesterday, kept well within my allowances, but didn't feel hungry or deprived.
Poor night though, up 6 times in the night to pee, PHEW!!!! also felt very fidgity, I suppose without the carbs to slow me down, I had more energy, lets hope the feeling of more energy continues, I could do with it, then maybe I will excercise more.

Mind you, I could do with getting up less in the night though ;-)
