Had my physical this mornig (can I say yuck?) and the scale said ... 124 ... MMMM interesting ... it has been 2 weeks into a change of habits .. I guess I need more time to see results .. at least cravings are going away ... even over the weekend!!! ... Saturday and Sunday I cooked (doesn't happen that often) and when I went our, I made better food options :) .. so I am proud of that ... My husband is eating healthier too and he already lost 3 pounds -.- ... not fair LOL ... but I like to think he needs to loose more pounds as well that is way he is loosing more ;) ... Doing more exercise and cooking a lot healthier ... that is the way to go ... a little slower way but the safest way for sure ! :) .. I hope everyone is doing great ....
