The clean out the cupboard diet while trying to stay under 100 carbs a day it tricky. I may buy a couple items for the weekend. My friend gave be a chicken enchilada skillet recipe. It calls for torn up tortilla shells in it. After much discussion of various low carb items that might work I settled on looking for Shirataki noodles.

they also make low carb tortillas. I use them as wraps and as "pizza" crust...

I love them as a pizza crust. They make nice, thin, very crispy crusts if I do it right.
