I cheated a little bit on Saturday night. I went out for my birthday with some friends & family, and had more than a few Corona's. I'm not really sure where alcohol falls in the no-carb world, but I know that beer is a no-no. I put on a pound or so, but I'm sure some of it was water, so I'm not too concerned.
Other than that, I'm still doing pretty well. I have had a vegetable or two here and there, but I've been able to keep my total carbs under about 30g per day. I feel good, but I might actually be starting to get tired of bacon, if that's possible.
