Heading to break the 10 stone barrier and pleased I have lost a pound over the week but mixed feelings I had an expectation that I might have lost more as I felt I had been more careful than usual. I still feel very motivated and it's useful doing Slimming World with my friends too. I thought the concept of trigger foods was useful. That's why I generally avoid bread, butter, biscuits, chocolates, crisps, nuts, savoury snacks and puddings. If I started eating them I would eat too much and plus the fact it would become a habit to eat them regularly. I am lucky that we are getting lots of beans and raspberries from my allotment at the moment.
