Diary of a Serial Dieter

Entry 1

I have been a serial dieter ALL my life, from the day I hit puberty and looked at the scale to this day when I am now 34 yrs old. I'm pretty much planning to take the reigns and finally do this for real. I have fluctuated between 170 and 175 ever since my first child at 22. The smallest I have been in my adult life was 162 lbs and I was SO HAPPY to be there. After 2 years and a new job that has me sitting at a desk for give or take 8 hrs per day guess what's bizzack?! 20 lbs! To the ounce lol! I have done every diet in the book, tried every fitness program and DVD over the space of 12 yrs. The truth is, I have lost weight BUT it keeps coming back because I won't maintain it. My fat ass likes to eat, and workout...mmm not so much. My ultimate goal is to get to 150 and maintain a 150-155 lifestyle. So to all the serial dieters out there, you are not in this alone, let's do it, this time, FOR GOOD.
