Started the 3 day diet today. For breakfast I had a piece of whole wheat toast and PB, also had a mug of coffee with some light half & half.
For a snack I had two mandarin oranges. Prior to the oranges I was feeling fine, no hunger pangs. About 1/2 hour after eating the oranges I got really hungry.
