i just didn't have it in me this morning to exercise. i dont know if its because I'm depressed. i been strong trying to get through our financial hardship. i broke down, cried this morn. on brighter note, i did yard work, and took my daughter and our dog for a walk. and i got the phone call for a job that i applied for! can't wait to start working and making money to help my man with these bills. tomorrow i have to workout! i cant quit now!

I'm sorry you are having a hard time. Don't give up, things will get better, just hang in there!! The key is no to quit!!

"This too shall pass" I am sorry you are having a hard time. I'm there now as I can't work full time yet - probably won't until next year. My disability policy I paid dearly for quit as soon as i worked more than 30 hours a week. I happened to work 30.25 hours and that was it. It was a fluke and then next week I was at 28.75 but they said once I did it I could keep doing it. Keep your chin up - you got this!

Thank you everyone! I made it up today! I did an hour of bob harper full body workout and it kicked my butt! I love all the support on here! Really appreciate it! Between new job and keeping up with my workouts,and my kids , maybe ull reach my goal before my planned month which is oct. Im feeling better today 😊
