I just had a baby Oct 8th and have been on induction for 2 months now..I have lost alomst 20 lbs so far.My goal is to be 160 by the end of Febraury.

78.0 kg Lost so far: 106.0 kg. Still to go: 16.8 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

Are you nursing? Because if you are they (Atkins) STRONGLY advise against doing any of the weightloss phases of Akins. It is unknown if the keytones will affect the milk (and irresponsible to study it).
