MW, this whole weightloss thing is like 90% brain stuff. It's our relationship with ourselves and food that we're working out. I've been told that making a mistake is not a failure, it's education. You're learning what works and what doesn't, what plays with your emotions, what areas you have room for growth. Hope you're having a great day...

AW, I nosed around and you deleted the comment! There is a personality or two on here that grind me the wrong way, but such is life. Really, that is life. Mostly, people are well meaning. I have deleted comments off my journals, too. It's cathartic. If only it were so easy to delete a relationship in RL, or to simply delete our excess weight!

I totally deleted the comment! It showed up first thing this morning in my email and it was not the way I wanted to start off my second day of detox. So I deleted it so I would stop thinking about it and just concentrate on myself. It's the easiest way for me to move on. And yes, wishing deleting the weight was just as easy!

Yep, positive reinforcement is what we all need. I beat myself up enough, I don't need anyone else to do it for me! Have a better tomorrow!
