Yesterday's weight in was actually friday's but I didn't know if I could change the date on it so I just entered it. Today is Monday proper's weigh in. It was where I wanted. So far I'm doing okay. I have on last work lunch left but I will have to get groceries if I am to eat properly the rest of the week.
106.8 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 56.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
