I've found a perfect mix of veg for a low carb day :)
McCains Asian Stir Fry contains Carrots Julienne, Cut Baby Corn, Sugar Snap Peas, Sliced Red Peppers & Bean. Nutritional Info per 100g is : 1.7g Protein, 5g Carbs, 0.3g Fat and 2.4g Fibre. It's just 40 Calories per 100g. I had 250g of it today which amounted to just 12.5g of carbs :) If you counting net carbs then it will be just 2.6g net carbs per 100g!
Super convenient if you don't have the time to prepare each of these veggies separately. I had them with some beef strips and chicken giblets for lunch and will have some again for dinner :)
