I'm feeling even worse today, and my migraine is back full force. I'm afraid to get on the scale because I fell apart and got a milkshake. After a load of criticism from my boss, I just needed something, even though I know it was bad. I know it isn't helping any of my efforts, but I needed it at the time. I spent most of yesterday crying in my office, which was unpleasant.
Next week I'm seeing a neurologist and my psychiatrist. I'm hoping I can put on some other meds so I can actually function properly without a raging headache and stomach ache the whole time. I'm trying to hop back on the keto train today.
