Did everything right yesterday - Diet was a bit of a challenge but completed successfully... Today I eat chicken for dinner and maybe get quest bars. going to try exact plan. Almost went the whole way through my leg workout and two runs in. Legs are killing me - but sha la la la la that means its working. Eating gruel - porridge... I find it interesting people eat it voluntarily. Might have to sub it out with something else. Benefit is, it sticks to my ribs.
