So today is not going to be a "good" food day. My hubby wanted breakfast at Jimmy's Egg, and I got the usual. Turns out that's probably half my calorie allotment, and way too high in fat. I know the LCHF thing is really popular on FatSecret, but I am not a fan of all that fat. Oh, well. After that I put in 4 miles on the treadmill, running (sorta) at 4.5mph. Took about 55 minutes, but was so worth it. After that we had lunch - I always have lunch with our friends on Saturday, and usually it's not the greatest healthy or low-cal restaurant. I guess if I have a "cheat day," Saturdays are it! Anyway, we went for Mexican, but I was pleased to hold myself down to one tortilla & no sopapillas. I had chicken breast with grilled veggies, which does kind of help offset breakfast. But then we went to Starbucks. I was really craving chocolate, and got an iced white chocolate mocha, nonfat milk, no whip cream. Still about 350 calories, so I am almost DONE for the day. Dinner will be spaggeti squash with meatballs & marinara sauce, and NO MORE SNACKS!!!
