Don't be too hard on yourself CheyezaM2...try to see it as only a slice of cake and not the end of the world! One slice of cake is not going to cancel out what you have lost thus far... Just get back on that horse...you can do it! If you find that you keep craving a slice of cake occasionally then factor it into your meal plan so that you never feel deprived!
