So Nice to hear Misty!! My oldest daughter (29, very athletic), is also quitting....She was a sporadic smoker and is giving it up for long term health and economic reasons...hope it sticks with her as well as you...take care!!

Misty, I'm at a bar and haven't done my 22, have you forgiven me for my comments about your sleekly fingers. Lol I'm having a great time, but when am going to do my 22. Maybe in the parking lot. Lol

Warren don't break the challenge. Dang it. U should have done them before u went to the bar. Be careful u know what booze does to your insides. I think a had about 8oz of Cabernet Sauvignon a couple nights ago but have been really good with alcohol lately. It's amazing. Now no smoking. Who is this lady?! The healthiest version of me, that's who. Except for the food lol but like I said I will reign that in. Plus I'm on holiday now Unitl Friday then going to Wisconsin Saturday so I will be having cheese curds for sure Saturday!! Lol. Oh well not everyday right!! Be careful Warren!! I need to eat better though so I can be a good example to my family :-) my mother did pretty good tonight!!

Check 22 , baby! I took the manager to the back of the bar, and he watched me do all 22, and you should have seen the astonished faces. Lol CHECK 22, BABY!

Thanks pandasmom. I am really doing good. It must be bc I really wanted to quit :-) and no one smokes here lol. But it can be stressful so I'm handling it well so far. Heading back home tomorrow evening. 🚭🤗👍🏻
