I feel good today and I hope it stays that way I don't want to lose that excitment I first get when starting a new exercise program or diet. I don't like looking in the mirror and seeing what I see so I am going to try my best to change that. I have a crazy schedule being a single parent with 3 kids and I havealways used that as my excuse for not having the time to work out but I sure do have the time to stuff my face! So I am starting someting new I am going to tell myself something positive every day including that I have time to exercise and eat healthy. I once read in a book this statment and I believe its true it said "Change the way you speak about yourself and you will change your life!"
