I just don't know why but I've lost my motivation. I do need to stick with it a little longer, even if I just go through the motions. Every time I have gotten close to my goal in the past I've given up and a year or so later I ended up starting all over again - I HAVE to make it different this time.
83.9 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

You need to find your motivation again. Do some new things. Take a new exercise class, find new foods and recipes. Whatever it takes. You can do this! You are so close.

Come on Skydiverjim, don't fall back into your pattern of coming close to your goal then quitting. You are almost there! Stick to it and see it through!
