Stress in daily life sure doesn't help. Stress can affect people and show up as weight loss and also as weight gain. Have to find ways to reduce stress. It's not easy.

Exercise has been a great way for me to reduce stress. I work for a variety of people in the year and one person in particular was driving me nuts and causing me un-ending stress in May - so when she'd drive me crazy, I'd go for a 45 minute walk when I got home. It just helped me get my annoyance out, and I felt more in control after the walk.
