My husband bought me two croissants. I ate them for breakfast. I was horrified to find that breakfast was over 600 calls. It wasn't even a filling breakfast. I must remember to check with fs before eating.

I know croissants are my favourite food........especially in south of france sitting on terrace with butter and apricot jam and a nice hot coffee. ....they are loaded with cals. Another one that shocked me is cake especially muffins I am sure seen some with over 800 cals in.
