For the longest time I set goals that revolved around the scale. I worried too much about that insignificant number that flashed in front of me every time. I would strip myself of anything that could possibly show a higher number than what I really was. It was a constant battle of feeling like I could never reach my goals! From the moment I said F*CKSKINNY, I began to find beauty in my strength.
