My daughter and Granddaughter did a 5k marathon in a large beautiful park. I walked from vantage point to vantage point along the route. I thought my calf could cope. I was wrong. I could hardly walk out the park. So I am back on the couch with my feet up.

I applaud the effort but thankfully your body let you know it needed to rest, and you listened. (Okay, maybe your body had to scream at you lol) Be proud of yourself for trying <3
