Well back off 10 days of a lovely relaxing holiday and I didn't put any weight on. I am so pleased, I tried to keep to the diet as closely as I could and I did a lot more walking to try and make up for any little slips I did make. Now its back to it properly and hopefully the weight will start to come off again
