It's not easy to keep up with it sometimes, and occasionally I fail, but it is totally worth tracking it. Also, I thought I knew a lot about food and nutrition before, but really reading every label of every ding-dang thing that I eat has taught me a lot more about how many calories my food contains. Pulling for you.

Thanks! Part of my challenge is the meds that cause weight gain, so my loss progress could be slower than I'd like, but I'm not going to give up on it. I'm slower than I used to be, so what's the difference? hahaha!
