Gained a little...I need to write in this journal more often. Sometimes I don't have anything to say. I'm angry about my weight gain even if it is small. I lost control the other day and ate at least, 2200 calories! and then I didn't eat right for 2 more days...dumb...I still haven't reached my goal and at this rate..... who knows. I'm rambling...sometimes I forget that other people read these journals...hehe;

lol, a few days off isn't that bad. In no time at all you'll have the weight back off. With being so close to your goal, you have to remember that when you're maintaining your weight you're going to have small gains, it's staying stable over the long term that's so important.

dont worry you get back on track. writing in my journals helps me out a lot b/c i feel like i dont want to dissapoint anyone else so i really try to eat as good as i can b/c i know everyone else will see it. i know that that sounds weird but it works for me. i hope you have a better day today!

Don't beat yourself up! You're pretty much at your goal! I mean, you can't spend the ~rest~ of your life dieting, you're going to indulge every now and then, what is important is that you have learned when it's ok to indulge and when you've indulged enough. You're doing great and your weight loss has been remarkably consistent!
