began doing some lite calestenics (sp??) for a half hour, twice a day - started on Friday 11/27
Still seem to be in a bit of a stall - coconut oil seems to be having some good effects, up to about 2.5 tablespoons a day. Although I'm not loosing pounds, I don't feel as bloated and I think I am loosing inches.
