Out for a brisk walk this morning. The first since Thursday, as my other half wasn't working (a long weekend), compounded by a busy schedule of family commitments. It is a chilly but glorious day, which is great, as I have my rescheduled flying lesson this afternoon. Perfect VFR weather. We are really looking forward to it (Mrs T is going up as a passenger).

The flight was brilliant. Really rough and bumpy, which because I was flying the thing. I enjoyed. MrsT, sitting in the back, was not so enamoured. We were an hour back down the road before her stomach settled and she felt like talking.

The instructor explained that the rear seat passenger, sitting behind the Centre of Gravity, gets bumped about more than those up front. She says, that unless it is Airbus 320 or bigger, she is keeping her feet on the ground in future.
