The First Supper (as well as Lunch and Breakfast)
Induction, Day 1
Eating at work during the day is more of an exercise in grazing rather than setting aside specific mealtimes. Breakfast and Lunch included:
* Three Boiled Eggs (don't know how many days I can do that!); * Four Cheestrings; * Four slices Smoked Ham; * Four slices Smoked Chicken Breast.
Dinner:
* Pork Chop; * Asparagus with Parmesan and Garlic.
Can't forget the supplements either! From experience, the following are important:
* Multi-vitamin; * Psyllium (just the husks, Ma'am, just the husks); * Flax Seed Meal.
