YEAH - a nice weight loss for a change. The other weeks were small, I usually get down, but I kept up all the right eating habits. This is a very motivating way to go into the holidays. I know there will be temptations and not everyday will be easy. Ok so I'll have a piece of fudge, eat some pie - but I will also drink my water, eat lots of raw veggies and visit a lot so I can't be putting food in my mouth. I can do this!!!
