Where did the weekend go, time to start planning next couple of meals. I have all my salad fixings, plus bacon. I have just started using the food journal and I have determined it is something else that will help me achieve my goals by making me aware of calories, carbs and protein. It helps me make choices on my next meal. No other weight loss but still optimistic. I am right on track with my goal to walk 66 miles this month.
