Saturday didn't go to well. Too much wine, too many carbs. This week I am going to keep it under 75 total carbs. and under 1400 cals and I am going to do any kind of exercise I can even with my knee like it is. Even if I sit and just do arm weights, stretching, swimming, and maybe Yoga.
