Today was a food day at work. Turkey, green rice, broccoli salad, pumpkin pie, banana bread, UGH!!! I ate until I was miserable. Then I had to go teach a class and could barely breathe. I want to stop this. I have to stop eating food just because it's there. I've been on this weight loss journey for a while now and it's time to recommit and finish what I've started.
My highest weight was 183. I dropped down to 130. Now I'm back up to 140. I need to lose this weight for good. I'm tired of feeling fat and out of shape.
