Looking over my food diary, and I see that my vegie intake has diminished over the past month in place of other low carb foods. This is likely the culprit for my digestive issues and slower weight loss. I still have plenty of available pudge to budge!
In order to eat 12-15 vegie carbs I really have to be diligent about planning ahead. My snacks need to be vegie based; and I need to have more than romaine in my daily salads.
So, this is vegie week....my own little challenge! I WILL eat my 12-15 vegie carbs this week. Friends, hold me to this, please?
