Yeah!!!survived a reunion/homecoming weekend and was very carb friendly on Saturday and survived a Packers game Sunday...carb friendly all weekend long and still lost a half a pound...I'll take it!!!
101.4 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
