It's another Frittata Friday, and though I've just done, the majority of, the prep work for my Tastes of Spain Frittata, I'll be waiting until tomorrow to make it. For whatever reason, I'm just not that hungry tonight, so dinner will be an Atkins Shake. No harm, no foul. ;-)
