Today I run. Ok jog. I am on week 4 of the couch to 5K plan. I have to jog for a couple 5 min stretches. I'm not sure I'm ready for that. Then I have to go home and get ready for a dinner meeting at my house tonight. Maybe I am setting myself up to fail. I hope I have the will power today to do what I have to do to lose weight.
