This week certainly had it's up and downs. The first part I was very motivated, exercised and ate what I should. The later part of the week I was up late many nights and I went back to my old routine - if someone doesn't see me eat it, it doesn't count. Bad, Bad idea!! I can do this and today will continue on the right path.
