I ate much later last night but kept everything on target. Not worried about the minor fluctuation. Actually going to make it back to the gym this morning after my coffee. Hit the treadmill for an hour to get some steps in and get back in the swing of things. I'll eventually add strength training but for now I need make the habit and a schedule. Add things one at a time so they'll actually get done more than one day... :)
Also found out I'm getting my IRS Refund Wed! SWEET! :)
