I made the turnip homefries, I talked about the other day, to go with my dinner last night. They turned out pretty good, and I liked them much better than the turnip french fries I'd made the other day. Next I'll be trying turnip hash browns, or a combination of turnips and zucchini, as a hash brown mix, with a bit of sweet onion, and a touch of seasonings including garlic powder. I'll be reporting on how well it turns out, but it sounds like a tasty idea to me. :)
