I had no trouble getting back on track after my brief plunge back into the high carb pool. My brother told me not to call it a slip-up, because I knew full well what I was doing; and truth be told, I did; but that split pea soup was awesome, and so was the double chocolate cake and carrot cake. LOL In retrospect, because of the leg cramps, I experienced afterward, it wasn't worth it, but it was tasty. That being said, after six weeks on Induction, I find myself starting to get a little bored with some of the things I've been eating. I'll have to kick my imagination in the butt, to get out of this impending funk, and keep my taste buds excited about eating low carb. Fall recipes, look out, here I come; it's time for a, low carb, makeover.
