I'm at the end of my second week, of being back to a low carb lifestyle, and I'm standing strong with my eating. I find that even in my dreams I refuse to buy or eat any high carb foods. LOL :-) One other thing; my frittata turned out great, last night. I may have to tweak the seasonings, a bit, but otherwise it was really tasty.
