Eating/Drinking my lunch with gritted teeth......This lady is a good actor.... Update....I gave up....will need to think about my ingredients tonight....

Maybe she is, but you do say gritted teeth. :)
If you look at Jason Vales recipe book, get it from a library or borrow from someone else, he uses large quantities of apples in just about everything. 32 apples in a week. recipes include simple things like 1/2" ginger, 1/2 an apple or 1/4 cucumber and a stick of celery. Others call for ingredients like fresh pineapple, pears and other ingredients that make a nice tasty blend for you.

And there lies the problem Mindful_Body - it is easy to make smoothies taste nice when you use fruit....but not so easy when you just use vegetables.
