How to turn vibrant veggies into swamp sludge...introducing the Nutribullet.... You definitely can't apply the "eat with your eyes first" rule when you are making veggie smoothies.....definitely not one my favourite attempts....would be one of the times I made double to save time...lol

lol nice slurry.
Isn't it good that you can make so many foods look green without trying. You can eat with your eyes as long as you choose the ingredients wisely. My own concoctions run to green, yes a lot of that, Red (beetroot, summer and autumn fruits) Yellow (banana). Rule of thumb every colour you can imagine mixed together a blindfold and possibly nose plugs. Drink for the nutrients not the taste. Chia Seeds, nuts of different varieties thrown in for good measure. Tip eat real food for that satisfying texture, taste and smell, use the nutriblaster for balancing your nutrients. Although I havn't done it like that for the past few weeks, I found that by preparing something that was naturally sweet and filling, that I could substitute lunch and extend it over a longer period, given there is no way I could down a full large tumbler.
