An angelic week...the cork has stayed in Mr Red wine's neck. Nearly at my mini target of 1 1/2 stone before our 1st bootcamp trip of the year, anything over this will be a bonus.
92.5 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 27.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
