It helps me so much.. planning ahead also does and I can adjust it as I need.. Maybe I eat less.. Maybe I want something else instead. either way I know where I am and what I can do.

Soooooo true Becky! I'm probably a lil OCD about it too but I agree with everything you said. Especially the planning. Not logging something doesn't mean it didn't get eaten ;-)

Yeah,... logging all of my food is very new but very telling.
