woooo-hoooo i'm kissing good bye to the 180's! my next goal is to reach 160, so 18 more lbs to go. no problemo:) i can really tell a difference in how i look at myself too, this is definitely helping my confidence. when i look back at my weight history it is hard for me to believe that i've lost forty two lbs. already.
