Ok. So today I was doing homework and my sister Audrey came over and asked me if I would go for a run with her. And of course being the nice big sister I am, I went. On the run I realized that I wasnt in shape at all and wasnt happy with me either. I mean I'm 18 and theres so much life ahead of me and I should be happy with being me, and be in the best shape of my life. So I heard about this site from one of my friends from college and she said it worked for her. I figured why not try it. It couldnt hurt, it just might help. So here I am one the way to being in the best shape of my life (I hope).
